Many employees don’t recognise that they need help with literacy and numeracy. These hard-to-reach individuals are ideal candidates for m-learning technologies.
Tribal CTAD has assembled a number of customised ‘skills checks’ to fit 15 key employment sectors. Using text-based SMS quizzes, phone games and supporting promotional material such as scratchcards and colourful, pocket-sized ‘z-cards’, the packages then offer a variety of tools and activities to improve the employees’ skills, either to progress at work or to find employment.
